This is one of the best restaurants of the island. The owners are natural hosts who care deeply by the food and wine you are served. Make sure to make a reservation well in advance in the summer.
Oh my goodness, Den Fuldkomne Fisker (The Perfect Fisherman) restuarant is an experience rather than a meal. You will experience truly wonderful food, served in a delightful setting, but the most fantastic hosts. Each serving comes with a full description of the source of the ingredients and a small story to accompany it. I really cannot praise this establishment enough, if you are ever in the area it a must to visit.
